Mr. Ryan Kesterholt
Manager of Wellness and Sports Performance
Mr. Ryan Kesterholt, LATC, NASM-PES, CES is Plum Borough School District's Manager of Wellness and Sports Performance. Mr. Kesterholt joined the Plum Borough School District team with more than 17 years of WPIAL athletic training experience, is a Licensed Athletic Trainer, and has served as the contract athletics trainer for Plum Senior High School since August of 2005. Ryan graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with an emphasis in athletic training. He is certified by the NATA as an Athletic Trainer, the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, a ConcussionWise certified Educational Teacher, ASEP Successful Coaching and Sports First Aid Certified Teacher, and a CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
The Manager of Wellness and Sports Performance will be the leader in developing students on and off the playing surface. This focus on wellness will positively impact the whole student physically, mentally, and academically to help them reach their potential.
